YTDLP Web provides a web-based interface and technical tools to execute format-conversion scripts on media accessible via URL.

• No Hosting: We do NOT host, store, or cache any copyrighted material, videos, or audio files on our servers. The service only acts as an intermediary tool processing data in real-time.
• No Warranty: The service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. We do not guarantee 100% availability or functionality for all third-party URLs.

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

As a user of our service, you agree to the following conditions regarding the media you process:

• You must have the legal right to access and download the content (e.g., you are the copyright holder, have explicit permission, or the content falls under "Fair Use" or public domain).
• You will NOT use the tool for piracy, illegal distribution, or any commercial exploitation of copyrighted material.
• You alone are solely responsible for verifying the copyright status of any content you download and for any legal consequences arising from copyright infringement.

3. Third-Party Platform Rules

Our tools interact with various third-party streaming platforms (such as YouTube, Vimeo, etc.). You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to comply with the Terms of Service of those respective platforms. Any disputes arising from your violation of third-party rules are strictly between you and the respective platform.

4. API Usage & Rate Limiting

For users accessing our Developer API:

• We employ adaptive rate limiting and a Fair Use policy. Requests exceeding these boundaries will be throttled or blocked.
• We reserve the right to introduce usage quotas or adjust pricing in the future. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered or contacted to arrange a transition.

5. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict bandwidth, limit features, or completely terminate the service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
