Disclaimer: YTDLP Web is an independent, user-directed media processing utility and is not affiliated with any third-party platform. Use this service only for content that you own or are authorized by law or the rightsholder to access and process. Users are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and third-party platform terms. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

YTDLP Web provides a web-based interface and technical tools to process media that you submit by URL.

• Not a hosting platform: YTDLP Web is not a media hosting platform. We do not publish, curate, or maintain a public catalog of media, and processed files are not listed for public browsing or search indexing. Content is processed solely in response to user requests and is automatically deleted. We do not provide permanent media hosting.
• No Warranty: The service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. We do not guarantee 100% availability or functionality for all third-party URLs.

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

As a user of our service, you agree to the following conditions regarding the media you process:

• By submitting a URL or content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or are authorized by law or the rightsholder to access and process it. You must not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights or to circumvent access controls in violation of applicable law.

Our tools interact with various third-party streaming platforms. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to comply with the Terms of Service of those respective platforms. Any disputes arising from your violation of third-party rules are strictly between you and the respective platform.

4. API Usage & Rate Limiting

For users accessing our Developer API:

• We employ adaptive rate limiting and an acceptable-use / usage-quota policy. Requests exceeding these boundaries will be throttled or blocked.
• API callers represent and warrant that they and their end users have the lawful right to process the submitted content. The API must be used strictly for authorized or owned media and must not be used for copyright infringement, piracy, or unauthorized distribution.
• We reserve the right to introduce usage quotas or adjust pricing in the future. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered or contacted to arrange a transition.

5. Service Modifications, Restriction & Termination

We reserve the right to refuse requests, restrict access, remove or delete processed files, suspend accounts associated with misuse or violation of these terms, modify features, or terminate the service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
